Hey Earth Warriors! I’ve got an announcement for you… and it’s a big one!

A few weeks ago, I was offered a position at another job - and I’ve decided that it is time to move on from IG. It was an offer that I couldn’t turn down, and it’s exactly the type of job I’ve always wanted. It has been an honor to create this organization alongside Greg and the rest of the team, and I will continue to support IG in the future.

I’d like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support over the last couple of years. It means so much to me to have been a part of this organization and the fantastic IG team. Please continue to do your part for the environment and remember that every green action counts.

For all further inquiries at Incredibly Green, please email admin@IncrediblyGreen.org, as Lisa@IncrediblyGreen.org will no longer be in use.

Stay Green,
Lisa

I also want to say thank you to my interns. I freaking love you guys. It’s been the BEST working with you guys - and that’s what I’ll miss most, hands down.

Good luck for your future.

Hi everyone!

As the summer comes to an end and school begins to start, we thought it would be a perfect time for you guys to show us how green you’ve been this summer! We’ve teamed up with The…

One of our senior interns, Sydney, took some time to talk to the customers and employees at Broadway Fruit Market, a roadside farmer’s market in Merillville, Indiana. Check out what others had to say and then make the decision for yourself: farmer’s markets or grocery store brands?

To my amazing green followers,

first I learnt so much about the environment since I have this blog. I changed my life and devoted it to our wonderful world.

I met so many great people and I hope I brought some to change their lifestyle.

It hurts to say that I have to quit this blog. I can give it the time it deserve. I’m constantly on a run now.

I thought about it for some time and I don’t want to delete this because it took so much work.

I hope there’s someone out who wants to adopt this lovely little blog.

I’ve always tried to be environmentally friendly but ever since I took Environmental Studies this year, the course and the teacher really made me want to do even more to live a more sustainable lifestyle. This summer, I’m going to make a few changes to be more “green.”

  • Take shorter showers (3-8 minutes)
  • Waste less paper products
  • Use less electricity (more natural lighting)
  • Eat more organic produce
  • Buy local (farmer’s market, my own garden)
  • Buy more free trade items
  • Start my own fruit and vegetable garden (and some flowers, too)
  • Walk/bike/carpool instead of driving everywhere
  • Meatless Mondays (and maybe Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

As my Environmental Studies teacher always says, “think globally, act locally.”

Do the same!
